Individual Therapy Session

My approach integrates the depth of psychological counselling and therapy with the focus and energy of coaching, offering support in a safe, confidential setting — in person in Munich or online.

My approach combines cognitive-behavioural therapy (CBT), schema therapy, and coaching techniques, allowing us to address both current concerns and underlying patterns that may be holding you back. Together, we identify practical strategies and new perspectives that can help you:

Each session is a collaborative process, designed to support you in developing greater self-understanding, emotional balance, and personal growth.

Fee for Individual sessions:

  • €125 per 50–60 minute in-person session in Munich

  • €90 per 50–60 minute online session
