About me
Choosing the right person to support you emotionally is a deeply personal decision. I believe trust begins with clarity — about my qualifications, my way of working, and also the limits of what I can offer.
I am a cognitive-behavioural psychologist (M.Sc., Heilpraktikerin für Psychotherapie) and business and career coach based in Munich, with a passion for human potential — to nurture it, but most of all to champion it. I would describe myself as having a dual career. On one side, I have dedicated the last 18 years to deepening and broadening my expertise in Leadership Development, Organizational Development, and Human Resources. On the other side, I pursued a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology and Cognitive-Behavioural Psychotherapy, obtained a certification in Co-Active Coaching, and continued my professional development as a psychologist through advanced training in Schema Therapy and Compassion Focused Therapy.
The common denominator of these two paths is the human factor — the individual at the core of flourishing societies, compassionate communities, loving families, and successful organizations. This perspective shapes the way I work with clients today, combining psychological insight with practical, growth-oriented support.
My work is informed by evidence-based and integrative approaches, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Schema Therapy, Compassion Focused Therapy (CFT), and Co-Active Coaching. Combining the depth and thoroughness of the psychological counselling dialogue with the energy, accountability, and mindfulness of the coaching process, I support individuals and couples in understanding themselves more deeply, designing meaningful change, and living the best version of their lives.
In my practice, I offer psychological counselling, therapy-informed support, coaching, and personal development work for adults and couples. I support clients with topics such as emotional patterns, relationship dynamics, stress, self-doubt, life transitions, grief, inner conflict, leadership challenges, career development, and personal growth.
As a Heilpraktikerin für Psychotherapie, I am legally permitted to provide psychotherapy under the German Heilpraktikergesetz. This means I can offer private psychological support and therapy-informed work. However, my services are not usually covered by statutory German health insurance, and I do not provide psychiatric treatment, medical diagnosis, medication, or emergency crisis care.
If you are currently experiencing acute psychiatric symptoms, severe addiction, psychosis, active suicidality, or if you require medical treatment or medication, a psychiatrist, psychological psychotherapist, psychiatric clinic, or emergency service may be a more appropriate first point of contact.
My intention is to work ethically, transparently, and within my professional scope — so that you can make an informed decision about whether my practice is the right space for you.
